This creamy ricotta avocado dip combines fresh avocado, ricotta and spring vegetable soup mix for an easy homemade dip that’s perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients

  • ½ packet dry spring vegetable soup mix

  • 250 g fresh ricotta

  • 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and mashed

Directions

  • Place the spring vegetable soup mix, ricotta and mashed avocado into a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl.
