Classic French Onion Dip

Some recipes become favourites simply because they never let you down. Wendy Tully’s French Onion Dip is one of those classics, relying on just a handful of pantry ingredients to create a creamy, savoury dip that’s always welcome on the table. Included in the Tully Family Cookbook, it’s the sort of recipe many Australians grew up enjoying at birthday parties, backyard barbecues and family gatherings. Quick to prepare and even better after the flavours have had time to develop, it’s a timeless entertaining staple that’s just as popular today as it was decades ago.
